See for yourself

Having acquired a degree in Anthropology, and teaching Cultural Anthropology in a Junior College in my early years, I have never stopped being interested in the cultural practices of other people.

Now that I have lived to an older age, I reflect on what I have learned about how people view their place in the world.

In almost all cultures, (I never say all because there are exceptions to everything) whether advanced or primitive, people have their cultural ideas about death, health, nature, and the universe. If one looks at these cultures they will find an overwhelming number believe in spirits, both evil and benevolent.

When I read these stories that people have written about having evil spirits causing illnesses and they find someone who can assist them in removing these spirits by using an energy that is good and pure, I could not help but ponder this deeply.

I then contemplated about the differences between these actions of mercy vs. religions. A religion is a series of beliefs that concern the worship of a deity. While this form of Buddhism asks nothing of those that are healed except go out into their better life and do good deeds at all times. Now, that does not fit the “religion” definition.

At my age of 69 I had collected many irritating discomforts like poor sleep, arthritis, back pains, a heel spur, getting up at night 3 to 4 times to go to the bathroom, incontinence and celiac disease. I was pretty sure that I did not have an evil spirit; these afflictions are to be expected due to my age. So, I did go to an open to all event for three days to learn about the ancient Guang Huan Mi Zong Esoteric Health Dharma. Since it was not a religion, I wholeheartedly participated. We were given instructions for a meditative practice regimen of two times a day for just 15 minutes each.

After I practiced this meditation for a short 2 months I no longer get up at night, my back pain is gone, my energy level is like I was 20 years younger, my incontinence is under control, the arthritic pain in my knees has lessened, my bone density screening has now moved up to a much higher level, no osteoporosis any more, and I have a brighter outlook on life. I do not doubt that as I continue this meditation that the celiac, arthritis and heel spur will improve dramatically as well.

So, I propose that if you are tired of dealing with any aggravating illnesses you make the trip to upstate New York and see for yourself how you can self-heal.

I want to truly thank Guru Gold and Purple Buddha Light for showing me a way to self heal both my body and my mind. I have hopes to return for a second level dharma class sometime this fall.

Be Well

At a loss for words

Greetings Holy Master

It is not often I am at a loss of words or a cogent verbal response.

Words, written or verbal are not adequate nor effective to describe
the subtle, yet profound change/energy shift(positive) Holy Master
Ziguang Shang Shi affected within me being during the class this past
weekend.

IM not sure what happened, but whatever happened has a had a very
positive effect on my mood and energy that is palpable.
When I awoke this past Sunday Morning I had an outlook, a sense about
life I have not felt since my 20’s(age)

During the Saturday meditation I experienced for perhaps a few seconds
only what I can describe as something “magnetic” above my eyes at my
forehead.

A kind of pulling in and letting go…..I have this sense that life is

OK , something words just cannot describe, something one just lives
with an internal knowing, subtle but profound.

On Sunday after class, it was difficult to give an on camera response
because what I experienced seems beyond logical or material
explanation.

It is great to know the sacred exists in the universe or to be
reminded that is does, .

Perhaps the best thank you is practice of this Dharma, as the best act
of sincerity.

I look foward to volunteering help to this Buhddist community as well.
Thanks again, Blessings and tranquility

Sincerely,

Bill Knott

Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma Class June 8 – 10

Guang Huan Mi Zong will hold another health class from June 8th to 10th in Amsterdam, New York, teaching people the Maha Meditation Health Dharma – a special meditation technique for improving health within three days.

The founder of Guang Huan Mi Zong, Holy Ziguang Shang Shi wishes to teach people the Health Dharma, so that everyone can have better health and adapting to the rapid-changing world. This Dharma that has been kept secret for thousands of years is a form of supreme yoga that channels the energy from Buddha light into human body, and can quickly improve human genes to prevent or even eliminate most diseases such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease and hypertension. It is unique and practical. Devoted practitioners can experience advanced spiritual development, change their karma, develop their virtues and ultimately enter the bliss of Heaven on Earth. This secret Dharma is the hope for all human beings and all nations to overcome disasters and achieve peace and health.

Many people have come from places around the world to the Five World Buddhas Temple of Guang Huan Mi Zong to make a pilgrimage or to attend the Health Dharma class. Their effects of practice are significant and they all gave very good comments.

“I met Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi in Hong Kong in March. He really is the best teacher, Buddhist Master, I’ve ever met, although I’ve been learning from many venerable Buddhist monks or masters in different places. The Dharma practice is unique, and has surpassed any other types of practices I’ve learned before. ” said Mr. Cheung, general manager of a prominent company in Hong Kong, also a Qigong and Buddhist meditation practitioner for years.

In the Health Dharma class held on May 6, Alice from San Francisco shared her experience during the practice: “I saw the energy from the universe channeling directly into my body, through the mantra Holy Ziguang Shang Shi taught us. It was so powerful that I was totally energized throughout the day afterwards. The learning process was amazing and beyond my expectation.” She said she came to the Temple for the 3-month retreat.

The tuition for the Health Class is $300 for 3 days, however school students and teachers can attend free of charge. A complementary high tech bio-scan body check will be available for all attendees.

Ceremony of Culture, Friendship and Love

The Western Shrine of Guang Huan Mi Zong hosted a spectacular birthday celebration for Sakyamuni Buddha on May 28, 2012, which is the most significant day for Buddhists in the year and widely celebrated across the world.

The ceremony was held in the Five World Buddhas Temple in Amsterdam, NY, which enshrines five golden Buddha statues who represent the five Buddhas who rule the five Buddha Worlds and serves as a place of worship and venue for rituals and events.

“Celebrating Sakyamuni Buddha’s birthday is to commemorate this great Awakened One who brought the hope of liberation from suffering for all beings.” Holy Ziguang Shang Shi, founder of Guang Huan Mi Zong, which developed a unique Dharma practice through the direct lineage of Sakyamuni Buddha, delivered his speech on a magnificent altar. “The ceremony also reflects our purpose, to build a bridge between eastern and western cultures. We hope to let the easterners and westerners understand each other’s decency, friendship and wisdom. We all share a common philosophy – peace, health and harmony.”

The guests and Buddhist Preachers in yellow robes and red robes joined their palms sincerely and, following Holy Ziguang Shang Shi, bathed the infant Buddha statue. This ritual symbolized purifying body and soul and dedicating one’s heart to the Buddha.

Wonderful performances lasted for around one hour. On the stage in front of the Buddha statues, an exquisite Buddhist dance, the “Thousand-arm Goddess of Mercy Dance” dazzled the guests, with exotic golden costumes and beautiful, well-choreographed movements. The audience was deeply impressed by the fusion of eastern and western cultural performances such as Chinese folk songs, opera, ballet, Tai Chi and Kung fu.

Some also expressed their heartfelt thanks on the stage.

“I want to show my gratitude to the Buddha’s representative here today – Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi for going through so many challenges and obstructions, to come to America and for showing us the Buddha and his light, and the meaning of the Buddha and his essence.” said Joshua Rosenstein, a Western disciple of Holy Ziguang Shang Shi, currently a reservist in the United States Marines. He successfully completed the tough training in boot camp and overcame many physical and mental difficulties, which would not have been possible for him without learning the powerful Dharma meditation practice taught by the Holy Master.

“My wife and I have been practicing every day; I feel really good about it.” said Ken Dingee, who learned Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma in September 2010, and has been practicing daily ever since. He appeared 10 year younger compared to the time before he started his practice.

Bill Knott, a student of Holy Ziguang Shang Shi since Christmas in 2010, wrote in his thank you letter: “America, the West in general needs the great teaching/practices of the East to counter balance our material culture…I would like to learn from the Master, gain wisdom, better health, and more enlightenment.” He brought his wife and three young daughters to the event. They were delighted with the ceremony and looked forward to coming back again to learn the Health Dharma.

All the guests enjoyed delicious Chinese and American snacks after the performances, and were totally satisfied with the celebration.
They wrote down their comments and gratitude:

“It was a wonderful ceremony.”
“I was happy my children could experience a culture that is very different than their own.”
“There’s so much talent in the Chinese culture. I would like to get involved more.”
“Indeed everyone smiles in the same language.”
“Practical religion; Love, peace and harmony practiced”
“Thank you for sharing your beautiful faith and culture with our community.”

The celebration successfully ended in a great joy. Many guests are very interested in learning Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma; the next class will be scheduled shortly.
