Join our 3 Day class with Preacher Elise teaching the meditation techniques from precious Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma, the Seven-Word Mantra and the Buddhist philosophy.

The Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma is the foundation to all other practices that can be pursued further through learning from Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi. These include the advanced levels of Mudra and Mantra and other higher level practices such as Chakra Meditation, Transcendental Memory Dharma, etc.
